Users had to enter a lot of data, and therefore remember it

Goals
Create a smoother and effortless money transfer experience
To establish itself in the market as a preferred and reference bank for the Pix system
Main activities
Gathering stakeholder requirements, research analysis, industry analysis, user flow design, prototyping, usability tests, and project presentations.
The solution
Streamlined experience
Addition of the save contact feature, to reduce steps and speed up the process
Reduction of the amount of information displayed on the transaction screen to reduce the mental load
Better organisation of the information hierarchy, to make it easier to understand the stages of the process
Addition of a button to share the transaction receipt, as this was a common habit among our users
Pix was a huge success,
reaching 50 million customers
and Santander bank has become one of Brazilians' favorite choices when making this type of transfer.
